Teaching activities by IMO
IMO coordinates and collaborates in several undergraduate-level, master, EMBA, and PhD study programs in the field of management and of economic disciplines in general.

Bachelor in Economics
The Bachelor in Economics adopts an international approach with the goal of training economists fit for the global market. It offers a curriculum designed to provide a solid background, and a specialisation in one of four streams (finance, management, economics and quantitative methods) allowing admission to high quality Master courses in strategic fields of economy.
Master in Management
The Master in Management has been designed to provide graduates, from a wide variety of backgrounds, with the necessary skills and tools for understanding modern management concepts. It creates the best possible conditions for a successful career in business from start-ups to multinational companies.
Master in Management and Informatics
The Master in Management and Informatics is a unique cross-discipline programme that combines USI's world-leading expertise in Management and Informatics and offers exciting career prospects that range from project management to consulting. The programme has been designed to provide graduates from a wide variety of backgrounds with the necessary tools and skills for understanding complex information technology (IT) problems while, at the same time, knowing about the needs and requirements of a modern organisation.
Executive Master in Business Administration
The USI EMBA is a modular, Advanced Master in Management degree, taught in English, by an exceptional international faculty at USI. Classes are taught in self learning for one day, and on site in Lugano for two consecutive days, Saturday and Sunday, on a monthly basis and for a duration of fourteen months. The program is composed of eleven core and three advanced courses. The Entrepreneurship module will be held in California, United States, where students will have the opportunity to absorb Silicon Valley’s culture of Innovation.
PhD in Management
The PhD programme in Management is a full time doctoral programme that allows candidates to develop cutting-edge research on management-related topics. The aim of the programme is to enable students to excel as researchers in the international academic arena.
